Who we are

HBBZ Digital Solution ("HBBZ", "we") builds websites, local SEO and AI tools for local businesses. This policy covers this website and the HBBZ Local AI platform, including the Google application named "HBBZ Perfil de Empresa". Contact: consultoria@hbbzdigitalsolution.com.

This website

This website does not have user accounts and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you contact us by WhatsApp or e-mail, we use the information you send only to reply and to provide the service you asked for.

Google user data (HBBZ Perfil de Empresa)

When an HBBZ customer connects a Google account to the HBBZ Local AI platform, the application asks for the Google Business Profile permission (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage). Through it we access only the business locations that the customer manages, their reviews, posts, photos and performance metrics.

We use this data only to provide the features the customer asked for: publishing posts and photos to their Business Profile, showing and replying to their reviews, and showing profile performance. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties, except with service providers strictly needed to operate the platform (hosting and AI text generation, which receives only the review or profile text needed to draft a reply, never Google credentials).

Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are used only to call the Google APIs on behalf of the customer. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

HBBZ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention, revocation and deletion

We keep Google data only while the account stays connected. The customer can disconnect it at any time inside the platform, or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnection or on request we delete the stored tokens and the Google data we hold within 30 days. To request deletion, write to consultoria@hbbzdigitalsolution.com.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by e-mail. We will answer within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law (including Brazil's LGPD).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
